The brass doors with silver inlays of Christ, Mother Mary, and Saints, were specially built in 1065 in Constantinople, for the Cathedral of Saint Andrea in Amalfi, Italy.

What a gorgeous door! Churches in Italy do have amazing doors but I didn’t know that some of those were made abroad 🙂
